The movie, which has done huge box office numbers, surrounds an evil being that usually takes the form of “Pennywise The Dancing Clown” and feasts on the children of a small town named Derry.
Since the release of “IT” earlier this month, there have been quite a few documented cases of people dressing up like scary-looking clowns and literally scaring the hell out of people.
Some of these cases have been rather harmless, however others have gone beyond scaring people which has resulted in arrests.
In an interview with The LAD Bible, current UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor talked about the strange and scary occurrences.
“I’ve seen people dressed up as clowns or something like that.”
Conor was asked what he would do if approached by someone dressed as a clown.
“I would slap the head off of one (clown). You see some guy jumping out screaming in your face dressed in a clown mask? I’d slap the head off him pull the clown mask off and stick it up his ass! You know what I mean? What the f–k even is that? I don’t what the f–k even is that. Have people been killed or what? I haven’t heard that people have been killed. You’ve heard that maybe there’s stabbing and stuff like that but… I don’t know it’s f–ked up! I don’t know it’s f–ked up. Just don’t come near me in a clown suit. In fact, don’t come near me period. Come near me and I’ll slap the head off you anyway. But if you’re in a clown suit I’ll slap the head off you even more so.”
With Halloween right around the corner, you may want to choose your costume wisely with “The Notorious” around.
Conor McGregor was last seen in action this past August where he made his professional boxing debut against undefeated legend Floyd Mayweather. After putting together a terrific opening few rounds, McGregor would eventually be stopped by Mayweather in round ten.
Since then, Conor McGregor has been linked to a potential trilogy bout with Nate Diaz. However, according to Diaz’s boxing coach Richard Perez, the UFC will have to dig deep into their pockets to make the rubber match happen.
