Facebook's Data Mishandling Scandal Crosses A New Line

It seems that every time I turn around there's some new revelation about how Facebook mishandled millions of people's personal data. First it was a data leak on 50 million people, and the company did not inform those people. Then that number was upped to 87 million. Now it's revealed that they hired a doctor to go to hospitals to set up data-sharing agreements on patients.

"The idea was to build profiles of people that included their medical conditions, information that health systems have, as well as social and economic factors gleaned from Facebook."
