Hi Kristen, I was wondering if you would suggest working out in the morning or in the evening when trying to lose weight. I have heard that working out in the morning boosts your metabolism more so than working out in the evening does, but I was wondering what you think. Thanks!

That's a great question! I think that the best time to exercise is whenever it works for you and your lifestyle. When you choose a time based on what works best for you, you're far more likely to do it! I personally switch it up, though I do enjoy starting my day with a win.
