Ingredients

  • 10 macadamia nuts
  • 8 raspberries
  • ¼ papaya
  • 2 pitted dates, chopped
  • ¼ banana
  • 1 t. coconut manna (optional)
  • ¼ c. coconut water
  • ¼ c. yogurt
  • Ice
    Instructions
  • In a blender, blend macadamia nuts, raspberries, papaya, dates, banana, coconut manna, and coconut water.
  • Add yogurt and ice. Blend to desired consistency.
