Tangy Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 3 T. apple cider vinegar
    Instructions
  • Heat pan on medium-low heat.
  • Add oil, add cabbage. Cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  • When cabbage is wilted (7 – 10 minutes), add salt and apple cider vinegar.
