Supposedly we're living in a free country. But when someone is sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, not for harming anyone, but for creating a website that restored the freedom to voluntarily transact peacefully, it's a barbaric reminder that we don't live in a free country.
Laws that violate our liberty are criminal.

At the very least these cops should be fired. But that's not good enough. People who criminally abuse their power need to be criminally arrested and prosecuted the same way they treat lesser criminals. Power tripping police need a taste of their own medicine to keep them in check.
