This is Guam

Guam isn't just some place in the Pacific Ocean that happens to be in strike distance of North Korean missiles. It's home to U.S. Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita and Andersen Air Force Base, both strategic bases for the U.S.

Guam, a beautiful Pacific island, has been a U.S. territory since 1898, well before Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii became states. Nearly 163,000 people live in Guam, including 6,000 U.S. military personnel. Guamanians are citizens of the United States, and have the rights of, and protections due, all Americans.
